This is where I will post important news, and any random thoughts (or rants) that I would like to share with all of you.  We will explore many topics together, and I would like input from everyone.

In the coming weeks, I will be posting information that is VITAL for those of you considering short-sales.  Whether you are a seller that is unable to move your property at a price that will satisfy all of your costs, or you are a buyer that is interested in pruchasing a nice property that is more competitively-priced than the others in its neighborhood, this information will be critical for you.  Keep your eyes peeled for the future posts!
