This is usually caused by clicking on a link from another site that links to a listing on THIS site, after the listing has already been deleted here.  Typically, this happens when a listing from Butzirus.com gets picked up by Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Craig's List or some other website, and then the MLS listing gets deleted or goes "pending" (which removes it from public view), but the external site has not updated their database yet.
